Testing Minify
I just finished testing Minify on my test portfolio site. The tutorial from mrclay.org makes it easier to understand and use.
I have always wanted to find an easy way to compress css and js files and have the web server serve those files without having me to do much work (use an online compressor and re-upload the files).
Haute Details: Updated
Does anybody still read this?
Good because I’m still around. I just haven’t post any updates because I’ve been overwhelmed with work-related stuff.
I updated my cousin’s website today. Nothing looks different from the previous version except it moved from MODx to Wordpress.
I got to really experience and turn Wordpress to a CMS site.
That is all for now. =)
Twitter imitation with only CSS
Wow, it’s been a while since I’ve updated this. I was out of town the entire last week. Hopefully, I’ll get back into the routine.
To start off, I wanted to try out some CSS3 stuff. I read about all the possibilities you can do with CSS3. I’m looking forward to them.
This Twitter imitation is created entirely from CSS. No images!
The interesting CSS3 property is the text shadow one because you can apply multiple text shadows to make the effect stronger.
I tried to apply the CSS transition property but it didn’t work for some reason. Maybe it only works with certain elements. Anyway, that’s it for now. =)
