Testing Minify
I just finished testing Minify on my test portfolio site. The tutorial from mrclay.org makes it easier to understand and use.
I have always wanted to find an easy way to compress css and js files and have the web server serve those files without having me to do much work (use an online compressor and re-upload the files).

Good because I’m still around. I just haven’t post any updates because I’ve been overwhelmed with work-related stuff.
I updated my cousin’s website today. Nothing looks different from the previous version except it moved from MODx to Wordpress.
I got to really experience and turn Wordpress to a CMS site.

Twitter imitation with only CSS
Wow, it’s been a while since I’ve updated this. I was out of town the entire last week. Hopefully, I’ll get back into the routine.

Grid Portfolio
After taking a look at this jQuery plugin called jQuery Masonry, I wanted to try this out on my portfolio (dark, light versions).

As you can see, I gave it a grid background to help align my layout. I also gave it some jQuery animation goodness (the way the image fades in and out when you hover over it). I used the font “Georgia” on the dark version...

Portfolio Done
Woohoo! I finally finished updating my design portfolio. After a few years of neglecting, it’s finally done (for now).
I did a lot of optimization to see if I can get the new portfolio to load faster than the old one. In some ways, I call it a “tie”.
